We had our wedding weekend at Pendry and honestly , it could not have gone better . The staff was so kind and easy to work with , the food was really good , and everything stayed on schedule which made the day feel so much less stressful . A bunch of our guests kept telling us how beautiful and smooth everything felt . I would absolutely do it all over again .

I stayed here recently and, the place looked clean and taken care of. The halls, room, and common areas were all in good shape, and it seemed like they pay attention to the small stuff too. I did wonder a bit if it always stays this nice or if I just caught it on a good day, but overall it felt well maintained.

The walls were thin, so I could hear music and people talking throughout the night. It made it kinda hard to get a good night’s sleep.

We stayed here mostly for the pool because it looked really nice in the photos. It was nice in person too, the water was clean and the chairs were comfy, but it got crowded quick and didnt feel as relaxing as I thought it would.
Service by the pool was kinda slow, drinks took awhile and one afternoon it was weirdly hard to get towels. We still had a decent time, just for the price I expected things to run a little smoother. 3 stars feels about right.

The place definitely has a nice look to it. The lobby feels cool and modern, with warm colors and furniture that makes it feel like someone really thought about the design. It also photographs really well, so I can see why it makes a good first impression.
But this is where it got annoying: some of the spaces felt like they were designed more to look good than to actually be comfortable. A few areas were dark, and some spots just weren’t that practical to hang out in. Overall, it’s a nice property, but it felt a little less relaxed and easygoing than I was hoping for.

We ate at Pendry during our stay the food was really good. Yum. Breakfast came out fresh, and dinner had some solid flavors. The service was mostly friendly too, which always helps. The only thing? Oof. The prices felt a little high for the portion sizes. Still, overall I’d probably go back.

I stayed here with my kids and overall it was alright. The staff were friendly and our room was clean, so no complaints there, it just felt more like a place geared toward couples than families. There wasn’t a whole lot for the kids to do, and the food costs added up quicker than I expected. We still had a decent stay, I just wouldn’t call it especially family friendly.

It still felt like a quality stay and I didn’t regret spending the money, but it’s definitely not the most budget-friendly option. I’d stay again, especially for a special trip or weekend away.

Checking in at Pendry was simple, maybe even easier than I thought it would be. The front desk team was friendly and kept things relaxed, not overly formal or anything. They got us set up fairly quickly, went over the basics just enough, and our room was already ready, which was a nice little bonus. After traveling for a while, it just felt like everything worked the way it should. Definitely a solid first impression.

I stayed at Pendry for a quick trip, the room kind of confirmed what I already figured about the place, it was really comfortable. The bed was soft without feeling like you sink into it too much, and it was nice and quiet at night, which made a big difference. The only tiny downside for me was that the pillows were a little too thick, but even with that, I still slept really well...

I had such a nice stay. The spa was a highlight, the room views were gorgeous, and all the little extras made it feel special. It was fancy, but not in a stiff or uncomfortable way... more like you could actually relax and enjoy it. I’d definitely stay again.

The drinks were solid, and the bartender was really nice, which I appreciated. So yes, credit where it’s due, it ended up being a great night at the bar

The service was just not great. We were sitting there all night thinking, okay... maybe someone will come check on us soon? But the staff pretty much ignored us the entire time. It made the whole experience feel awkward and frustrating.

I went in hoping for a really relaxing spa experience, and while the massage itself was nice, it didn’t quite feel as calming as I expected. The therapist did a good job, but the whole thing felt a little rushed, like they were trying to move on to the next appointment quickly. It was okay overall, just not amazing

I had an issue with my booking and reached out to pendry to get it fixed. They did respond, but it dragged on through a few back-and-forth emails, and I had to repeat the same details more than once, which got frustrating.

To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, and I appreciate that. But compared with other higher-end hotels I’ve dealt with, the process felt slower and less smooth than it should have been for a place at this level.

The location was the best part. I was already kind of tired of dealing with service stuff on this trip, so it was nice to just be able to walk everywhere without needing a ride or making extra plans
